    • Payment Methods

    • MSDx accepts Visa and MasterCard credit card payment. We accept debit cards that have a Visa or MasterCard logo enabling them to be processed through the credit card networks.

    • Payment and Account Security

    • MSDx is committed to providing a secure on-line shopping experience possible. We use secure servers and the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all of your personal information, including your credit card data.     • Sales Tax

    • Sales Tax (if applicable) will be calculated based on the State to which the merchandise is shipped.

    • Shipping & Delivery

    • MSDx ships to locations within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. The risk of loss and title for all shipped items is passed to you when the kits are delivered to the shipping carrier. Shipping is 1 to 2 day expedited shipping. Orders are packaged and shipped out within one business week (Monday-Friday) of order receipt. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

    • Order Confirmation

    • Once your transaction is complete, you will receive an email to confirm your purchase.

    • Cancellations

    • There is no charge for orders cancelled prior to shipment. Orders cancelled after shipment will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee.

    • Refunds/Return Policy

    • Damaged or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. MSDx will send a replacement kit once the damaged kit has been received. If you need the replacement kit before the damaged/defective kit has been received, we can charge you for a replacement, then issue a refund for the damaged kit when it is received. We will issue a refund to the credit card used during checkout. Please call our 800# to arrange a return. Have your order number available and why the kit(s) need to be returned.
